1. Plan Usage & Restrictions

(1) What This Plan Includes

  • A real US phone number supported by T-Mobile (not a virtual number).
  • Call & text services within the US.
  • Text services outside the US via WiFi Calling.

(2) What This Plan Does NOT Include

  • Mobile data (talk-and-text only).
  • Calling services outside the US.
  • Reinstalling an eSIM once removed from a device.

2. Using the eSIM / SIM Plan Outside the US

(1) WiFi Calling

  • Works globally over WiFi for calls and texts to US numbers.
  • No international calling to non-US numbers.
  • WiFi Calling may switch to mobile data if WiFi is unavailable, which may result in extra charges from your carrier.
  • WiFi Calling may not be available in some countries due to carrier restrictions. Check with your carrier before purchasing.

(2) SMS Messaging

  • Send and receive SMS with both US and non-US numbers via WiFi calling.

3. Refund Policy

(1) When You Can Get a Refund

  • Refunds are available if your order is still in the “Preparing” stage (before activation or shipping).
  • To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details.

    (2) When Refunds Are NOT Available

    • After the eSIM is pre-activated or the SIM is shipped.
    • Purchases using coupons or referral credits.
    • eSIM & SIM setup fees are non-refundable.
    • If there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or violation of our terms.

    4. User Responsibilit

    • Users are responsible for their activity and the content they transmit.
    • If flagged by carriers for violations, service may be interrupted or suspended.
    • WeTalk is not liable for disruptions or penalties resulting from carrier enforcement actions.

    Common Questions Answered

    Are All the Numbers Provided New, or Are Some Reassigned?

    Some numbers may be reassigned. These numbers are returned to the available pool after being frozen by T-Mobile for 60-180 days. Before being reassigned, they are thoroughly checked and reset to ensure they are ready for new users.

    What happens if I remove my eSIM?

    You will lose your connection and cannot reinstall the same eSIM. A new eSIM purchase is required.

    Can I reactivate my number if my plan expires?

    Yes, you can reactivate your number within 14 days of expiration by contacting support.

    What if I enter the wrong shipping address for a SIM card?

    You can update your address before shipping by contacting support. However, after shipping, no changes can be made, and refunds are not available.

    What If I Don’t Have a Permanent US Address?

    No problem! If you’re a short-term visitor, you can use the address of your hotel, Airbnb, or other temporary accommodation for registration.

    Will I Incur Any Additional Charges?

    No, this is a prepaid plan. You pay a fixed amount upfront, with no hidden fees or surprise costs.
